Founded in 2016 by Kevin J Bradley, Glenmhor is a boutique advisory business providing the highest quality technical and commercial advice to clients in the construction and property sectors.

Glenmhor has an impressive heritage, with the team having worked on some of the largest and most complex projects in the UK and international construction and property markets. This expertise is made available to our clients through a business which is proactive, responsive and committed to working in partnership.

Kevin J Bradley is the Managing Partner of Glenmhor. He is also a main board director of Hub South East Scotland Limited, sits on the boards of a number of SPV companies and is a former member of the UK Council of the International Project Finance Association.

With over 25 years’ experience in the construction and property industry in the UK and international markets, Kevin has a vast amount of experience of advising on all sides of PPP transactions, across a number of different sectors.

Prior to establishing Glenmhor, Kevin was a Partner at Davis Langdon and following its takeover by AECOM, was Head of Scotland for its Programme Cost & Consultancy Business.

Gordon McLachlan joined Glenmhor as a Partner in 2017. He is a seasoned construction professional with over 20 years’ experience in the UK construction and property industry. He has successfully delivered large scale complex projects in London and Scotland for clients in both the private and public sectors.

Gordon manages the delivery of our project and cost management services. He is a trained Value & Risk Management Facilitator and takes an active involvement with knowledge management initiatives undertaken by our clients.

Prior to joining Glenmhor, Gordon was a Director at AECOM where he led its Project & Cost Management business in Scotland.

David Ainsley

Non-executive Chairman

David R D Ainsley is non-executive Chairman of Glenmhor.

David enjoyed a 42-year career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with private practice until 2010. Today he is a property developer and consultant to the banking sector.

From an office in the heart of the City of London, David’s team pioneered what is today’s technical due diligence and monitoring service, a prerequisite for investors and lenders financing construction projects.

Also involved in construction risk engagements worldwide in the oil, gas, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food manufacturing, property development and infrastructure sectors, David’s clients included multinational corporations, utilities companies, national and local government, property developers, banks and other financial institutions.
